As a result of the Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih on December 24, the number of injured has risen to 13 people, including a 16-year-old girl, reports "Vydomo" citing the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
An enemy missile has tragically claimed the life of one individual.
The search and rescue operation is ongoing. It is likely that people remain trapped under the rubble of the building.
On Tuesday, December 24, the enemy attacked Kryvyi Rih – an explosion was heard in the city.
An air raid alert was declared in the region, after which monitoring chats reported a threat of a ballistic strike.
Minutes later, Oleksandr Vilkul commented on the situation in his Telegram channel.
Following that, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, publicly shared information about the incident, specifically stating that the enemy struck a residential building once again. The official also clarified that the number of injured from the missile attack on the city increased from five to seven: "Four people were rescued from the rubble in Kryvyi Rih. There are currently seven injured. One woman is in serious condition."
Shortly thereafter, it became known that the number of injured had risen to 11, including a child. Even later, reports emerged of the first fatality.
