In Kamensk, a man tragically perished in a fire at his own home (PHOTOS).

Late in the evening on January 12, a residential building on Mechnikova Street in the Zavodskoy district of Kamenskoye was engulfed in flames, as reported by "Vedomo" referencing the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region.

During the firefighting efforts, rescuers discovered the charred body of a 60-year-old man.

The emergency services extinguished the flames that had spread to household items and the roof of the single-story residential building, covering an area of 40 square meters.

A total of 11 rescuers and two fire and rescue vehicles from the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region were deployed to the scene.
