In the Ivan Starov Square located in Dnipro, an event was held to green the urban space. This initiative, organized by a local public organization with the support of the municipal enterprise "City Infrastructure", involved the planting of young Crimean pines (Pinus pallasiana). This was reported by "Vidomo".

The choice of this particular species of conifer is intentional: this pine is known for its high resistance to drought and urban conditions, as well as its decorative qualities, enhancing the landscape with its dense, needle-like branches and pleasant aroma.

The event saw participation from adult volunteers eager to contribute to the improvement of the city's ecological situation, as well as children, many of whom held a seedling for the first time and planted a tree.

The choice of Crimean pine is based not only on its decorative properties but also on its adaptation to the local climate and soil conditions. This ensures a higher likelihood of seedling survival and longevity.
