In Dnipropetrovsk region, a woman fatally stabbed her brother.

In one of the houses in Synelnykove, a woman killed her brother, reports "Vідомо," citing the police of Dnipropetrovsk region.

Investigators found that conflicts had periodically arisen between the relatives, but this time, yet another misunderstanding ended in murder. The murder weapon, a kitchen knife, was seized by law enforcement for examination.

The perpetrator was detained by the authorities in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

In agreement with the Synelnykiv district prosecutor's office, the woman has been informed of suspicion under part 1 of Article 115 (murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. She faces up to 15 years in prison for the crime committed. The investigation is ongoing.
