On Friday, November 13, Dnipro was blanketed in snow. For the first time this year, after the snowfall, it did not melt away but remained on the roads and sidewalks. Additionally, ice is observed, as reported by "Vydomo".

According to the Dnipro City Council, the following are working on the roads:

• 50 sand spreaders with plows

• 5 loaders

• 16 units of mini equipment on the sidewalks

• 5 dump trucks

• 500 road workers

Priority is given to the most hazardous areas: bridges, overpasses, inclines, and declines of roads.

At the same time, winter has adorned Glooby Park in Dnipro with a winter outfit. Only the wind and silence remain. The park is nearly empty, with a few individuals crossing it on their way to work. The white color suits the alleys and paths.
