The First Lady visited Dnipropetrovsk region to assess the quality of school meals for children (PHOTOS).

The wife of the President of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, visited Kamianske to inspect the operations of school cafeterias following the implementation of the school nutrition reform, reports "Vydomo".

According to Dnipro OVA, the First Lady toured the food blocks and a unique culinary hub operating in the city. She visited two food blocks that were renovated with state subsidies and co-financing from the local budget, where up to 200 students can be fed at the same time. Meals for the children are prepared on-site.

Last year, the region received a subsidy for the renovation of 13 food blocks. Almost half of the projects are completed. The others are expected to be finished by 2025.
