The authorities continue to work on preparing Ukraine's internal "resilience plan". It will consist of ten points.
This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky during his evening address to the nation.
He mentioned that today the government worked on several points, particularly the point about "cultural sovereignty."
"This pertains to Ukraine's cultural heritage, modern culture, and cultural diplomacy. The production of Ukrainian content and for this purpose – a real, effective unification of the cultural community in Ukraine," Zelensky said.
Additionally, today the point about security was discussed – both for the entire country and for individual communities.
"A safe space that every one of our people needs. There are good developments from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine. We will definitely implement everything. We have already worked on points, particularly regarding energy – everything is prepared in detail – and on weapons: our production, our cooperation with partners," he declared.
The full version of the "resilience plan" will be presented next week, and after discussions with the public, a "practically basic doctrinal document for Ukraine" will be prepared for each point.
Let us remind you that in October, Zelensky presented his "victory plan" in the war against Russia. Its implementation depends on allies.
After that, the media reported that the president also instructed the authorities to prepare a so-called internal action plan to help Ukraine withstand the conditions of full-scale war. It was also reported that Zelensky began preparing his address to the Verkhovna Rada.
