"Today I held another meeting to prepare our internal Resilience Plan – specifically the section on the heroes' policy. The meeting was quite extensive – not just the Ministry of Veterans. Various officials were present. There were many aspects to discuss," said Zelensky.
According to him, "it's very important that there is no shortage of specifics in the government's decisions."
"[There should be] specific programs that are effective; concrete support measures; tangible initiatives regarding the memory of the war and the heroism of the Ukrainian people. And specific proposals for the post-war period for our warriors, who have proven to be the strongest force in Europe, capable of defending their home and all of Europe," the President of Ukraine believes.
Zelensky emphasized that "this is just one of the many aspects in which Ukraine's internal resilience plan is interconnected with the victory plan," and that this victory plan must be implemented by Ukraine's partners.
"Ukrainians daily prove with their courage and resilience that they can stop Russia. Courage and resilience are also needed from our partners," he stated.
