In Verkhovtsevo, a man detonated a grenade, leading to the arrest of a suspect by the police.

At approximately 1:30 PM on November 19, an explosion occurred in Verkhovtsevo. A police investigative team was immediately dispatched to the scene, according to reports from "Vydomo," citing the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

The perpetrator who detonated the grenade was identified as a 27-year-old local man. His vehicle was damaged as a result of the explosion.

In connection with this incident, law enforcement has initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – illegal handling of weapons, military supplies, or explosive substances.
