"The police are on-site at the explosion near the RTC and SP building in Pavlograd. According to preliminary information, a man was injured as a result of the explosion of an unidentified object," the statement said.
The police reported that the incident was reported around 6:40 PM.
"Law enforcement officers immediately arrived at the scene. The police are conducting the necessary investigative actions. Details will follow," the statement added.
