In Kryvyi Rih, authorities seized a complete arsenal of weapons from a local resident (PHOTO).

A 43-year-old local resident has been detained in Kryvyi Rih on suspicion of illegal possession of a significant arsenal of weapons. This was reported by "Vidomo" citing the police of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

During searches conducted at the detainee's garage and apartment, law enforcement officials discovered and seized an impressive arsenal, which includes not only 7 anti-tank guided missiles but also 67 rounds for an anti-tank grenade launcher. Additionally, 10 grenades of various types and around 5,000 rounds of ammunition of different calibers were found. More than 50 artillery shells of 30 mm caliber were also discovered.

Furthermore, a kilogram of gunpowder, an anti-personnel mine, a hunting rifle, and a Glock pistol, a popular model among criminals due to its reliability and prevalence on the black market, were located.

The man was taken to the police station and detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. He has been charged under Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal handling of weapons, military ammunition, or explosives), which carries a significant prison sentence.
