In Hlukhiv, Sumy region, law enforcement officials have concluded the search and rescue operation at the site of an enemy drone strike on a dormitory.
This information was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service and the National Police.
According to the latest reports, there are 12 confirmed fatalities, including a boy who was about to turn 8 years old in a few days. Additionally, 11 people have been injured, including children aged 13 and 14.
In the deployed mobile units for working with the victims, efforts are underway to collect statements, interrogate the injured, and provide psychological support, police added.
It is worth noting that late in the evening on November 18, Russian forces attacked one of the dormitories in Hlukhiv using strike drones. As a result of the enemy attack, there were casualties and injuries. By this morning, it was reported that there were seven victims and 12 injured.
Later, the death toll rose to 11.
