According to him, nearly three years into the full-scale war, changes in both the private and public sectors have resulted in the Ukrainian Armed Forces being the most technologically advanced in Europe.
Zelensky noted that while Ukraine has "not yet achieved high results" in the production of drones, particularly long-range ones, and electronic warfare systems, there have been significant successes.
"We have four types of missiles now, and we are currently testing them. Next up are naval drones, which have moved from testing to targeting, and we have indeed destroyed a significant number of the Russian Black Sea Fleet," the head of state stated.
Zelensky added that the draft state budget for 2025 allocates 775 billion UAH for the production of Ukrainian drones. He also mentioned that there are other guaranteed funds from partners.
