In the suburbs of Paris, restaurant staff members who were taken hostage on Saturday, November 16, have been released.
This information was reported by the channel BFMTV, citing law enforcement sources.
It is known that earlier today, a man took four employees of the establishment hostage.
It was noted that they were freed several hours later following intervention by the police's anti-terrorist unit.
According to media reports, the four restaurant employees were released after three hours in captivity and were unharmed.
Prosecutors have stated that the man has been arrested and is now in custody, and he will undergo a psychiatric evaluation. An investigation has also been launched by the prosecution.
