The Russian army struck the city of Dnipro with the latest medium-range missile "Oreshnik" on Thursday, November 21.
This was announced by the dictator Vladimir Putin, as reported by Russian media.
According to the president of the aggressor country, the strike targeted the "Yuzhmash" enterprise with a missile equipped with non-nuclear hypersonic technology. It is claimed that this is the first launch of this missile type.
"The tests of the 'Oreshnik' are being conducted in response to NATO's aggressive actions towards Russia. The targets for our future tests will be selected based on the threats to the Russian Federation," Putin stated.
The dictator claims that in the future, Russia will "preemptively offer civilians in Ukraine to leave dangerous areas" when using missiles.
Putin also once again threatened Western countries, stating that Russia "has the right to use weapons against military targets of countries that allow the use of their weapons against Russia."
As a reminder, in the morning, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Russian troops attacked Dnipro with missiles of various types last night, including intercontinental ballistic ones.
Later, media outlets reported that the strike could have been from the intercontinental ballistic missile "Rubezh". President Volodymyr Zelensky has already commented on the ICBM strike.
