The photo shared by the public indeed shows a person who resembles Tyshchenko.
On November 12, "Suspilne" reported, citing a release from the Kyiv Appeal Court (the surname is not mentioned), that Tyshchenko, suspected of unlawfully depriving a serviceman of liberty in Dnipro, has been placed under round-the-clock house arrest, according to a decision made back in September – until November 16.
Later, Tyshchenko himself commented on his appearance on the streets of Kyiv and the news about it in several media outlets via Telegram.
"When people miss Tyshchenko so much that even the journey from home to court becomes the biggest sensation in the country. Thank you for not forgetting. Everything is fine, see you soon," he wrote.
In a short video, in which the MP is dressed similarly to the photo from "Kyiv Movement," Tyshchenko stated that he is in a "good mood" and that he is going "to fight for the truth," because "the truth won’t defend itself."
