Минобороны Украины объявило об увольнении Марины Безруковой с должности директора АОЗ 31 января.

Marina Bezrukova has been dismissed from her position as the director of the state enterprise "Defense Procurement Agency (DPA)".

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense on Friday, January 31.

The Ministry of Justice reviewed the Ministry of Defense's complaint regarding the change of leadership at the DPA in the state registry – decisionThe Ministry of Justice explained the status of Arsen Jumadilov and Marina Bezrukova in the Defense Procurement Agency in response to the Ministry of Defense's complaint.

"Today, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has dismissed Marina Bezrukova from her position as the director of the State Enterprise of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Defense Procurement Agency. Arsen Jumadilov has been appointed as the acting director," the statement said.

The agency stated that the ministry's decision "is justified by the need to ensure stable and continuous supply of weapons and ammunition to the front."

Among the key reasons for the change in leadership at the DPA, the Ministry of Defense pointed out: failure to meet planned deliveries for the front, numerous remarks from the General Staff regarding poor planning of defense procurement, untimely communication from the Agency, and unjustified delays in delivery schedules.

The Ministry of Defense also promised that "the numerous sources of closed information are absolutely unacceptable and will become a separate subject of consideration for law enforcement agencies".

As is known, on January 24, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced that the Ministry of Defense would not extend the contract with DPA director Marina Bezrukova. Umerov explained his decision by citing unsatisfactory performance in the procurement sphere.

In turn, the Defense Procurement Agency reported pressure on the supervisory board from the Ministry of Defense.

NABU has opened a case against the minister.

The G7 reacted to the situation with the leadership of the DPA in Ukraine.

The director of the CPC noted that only in a week, the entry in the state registry regarding the head of the DPA changed three times.

Deputy Prime Minister Olga Stefanishina stated that the conflict between the Ministry of Defense and the DPA negatively affects negotiations with the EU and NATO.
