Following the establishment of the Ministry of National Unity, the Cabinet has decided to create the National Unity Agency.
This was announced by the Minister of National Unity of Ukraine, Oleksiy Chernyshov, on January 24 via Facebook.

The infographic outlines what is known about it.“The government approved the establishment of the National Unity Agency – a key structure that will assist in implementing initiatives for cooperation with the Ukrainian community and civil organizations in host countries,” he wrote.
Chernyshov added that during the government meeting, the regulations for the Ministry of National Unity of Ukraine were also approved, which will now officially be referred to as Minnaцedinства. This document outlines the main powers and competencies of the agency.
“It will enable us to systematically address issues of integration, social adaptation, and the preservation of the national identity of Ukrainians temporarily residing abroad. Additionally, it will facilitate the conditions for their voluntary return,” the minister explained.
It is worth noting that back in December, Chernyshov mentioned that the goal of the National Unity Agency of Ukraine is to support citizens and coordinate their interests abroad.
Among the main functions of the Agency will be providing legal assistance, informing about opportunities in Ukraine, aiding in the adaptation of Ukrainians abroad, and countering disinformation. Furthermore, according to him, it will promote employment in Ukraine, particularly through remote interviews and projects supporting the Ukrainian defense industry, energy sector, and other key areas.
Recall that in December of last year, the Ministry of National Unity was established, and Oleksiy Chernyshov was appointed as the Minister of National Unity of Ukraine.
