Херсон может на несколько суток остаться без электричества из-за сегодняшнего российского обстрела, заявили в ГВА.

Kherson may remain without electricity for several days due to today's Russian shelling.

This was reported by the head of the city military administration, Roman Mrochko, on Telegram.

According to him, local authorities are taking all necessary measures to promptly address the consequences of the occupiers' attack.

“According to the worst forecasts, Kherson may be without electricity for several days. We are doing everything possible to restore power to the city sooner. We are counting on our neighbors – the residents of Mykolaiv,” Mrochko stated.

The head of the military administration predicts that electricity will be restored to critical infrastructure facilities and water, gas, and heat supply for the population by tomorrow morning.

“We will organize the delivery of drinking water to the districts. For residents of homes with electric stoves, we will be providing hot meals together with volunteers,” the official reported.

It is worth noting that today, the Russians intensified their attacks on Ukraine's energy facilities across many regions. Twelve hits have been recorded, mostly targeting the fuel and energy sector.

Due to the shelling, electricity will be turned off for four queues simultaneously until the end of the day.
