Ukraine has received its second batch of F-16 fighter jets from Denmark.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the second batch of F-16 fighter jets from Denmark has already arrived in Ukraine. He shared this news on social media.

“The second batch of F-16s for Ukraine from Denmark is now in Ukraine. This is the leadership in safeguarding lives that distinguishes Denmark,” Zelensky noted.

The President also emphasized that the aircraft from the first batch are already actively being used to intercept Russian missiles, protecting Ukrainian lives and infrastructure. He added that with the new fighters, Ukraine's air defense has become even stronger.

“Our air defense is now further strengthened. If all partners were as decisive, it would already be possible to make Russian terror a thing of the past,” he stressed.

Zelensky expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister of Denmark Mette Frederiksen, her team, and the entire Danish people for their support.
