The Verkhovna Rada today approved another extension of martial law and mobilization. This marks the 13th vote on martial law since the beginning of the Russian invasion.
This was reported by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak on Telegram.
According to him, the deputies endorsed bills No. 12152 and No. 12151 to extend the duration of martial law and general mobilization for 90 days, specifically from November 10, 2024, to February 7, 2025.
Both laws were presented in the Rada hall by NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Litvinenko.
- FOR – 311 (martial law) and 304 (mobilization).
It is worth noting that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky proposed to extend martial law and mobilization to the Verkhovna Rada. Earlier in October, the Rada banned the mobilization of men under 25 years old.
