The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer, announced that he has reached an agreement with the leaders of Ukraine and France to prepare a plan for a ceasefire, which will then be presented to U.S. President Donald Trump.
This was stated by the Prime Minister during an interview with the BBC.

The head of the British government commented on the altercation in the White House between Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump, stating that "obviously, no one wants to see this."
It was noted that after discussions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and French President Emmanuel Macron, an agreement was reached that Britain, together with France and possibly one or two other countries, will work with Ukraine on a plan for a ceasefire.
According to him, this coordinated plan will be presented to the U.S.
"I believe we have taken a step in the right direction," Starmer told reporters.
He urged not to "get distracted from our main goal – establishing lasting peace in Ukraine."
Additionally, Starmer identified three key factors that, in his opinion, must ensure lasting peace in Ukraine. The British Prime Minister implies a "U.S. protective mechanism," as well as security guarantees provided by European countries, and a strong Ukraine with defense capabilities to withstand the Russian invasion.
As is known, Trump currently does not intend to hold new negotiations with Volodymyr Zelensky following their dispute in the White House.
It is worth noting that Orbán has called on the EU for direct negotiations with Russia regarding a ceasefire in Ukraine.
Moreover, the media have learned what Starmer, Zelensky, and other European leaders will discuss during their meeting in London on March 2.
