В приложении Резерв+ заработала возможность оформить отсрочку от мобилизации онлайн. Функция уже доступна в последнем обновлении.

The application “Reserve+” has launched the ability to apply for a deferral from mobilization online. This feature is now available in the latest update.

This was announced by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov on Facebook.

The Ministry of Defense has removed the “Reserve+” chatbot from TelegramAfter discovering the distribution of unauthorized files via a fake bot, the Ministry of Defense promptly contacted Telegram to request its removal.

Now the online deferral service is available for:

  • individuals with disabilities who possess a valid disability pension certificate;
  • students, graduate students, and doctoral candidates who are pursuing education in a sequential manner.

“To apply for a deferral online, you need to log in to “Reserve+” and submit a request. The system will automatically verify eligibility for the deferral. If the response is positive, this status will be reflected in the electronic military document,” Umerov wrote.

The Minister also described this event as “an important step towards transitioning military registration to a convenient digital format.”

Recall that on November 1, the “Reserve+” application experienced a technical failure. Users may have received test notifications about online deferrals.

Previously, the TCC reminded about the procedure for granting deferrals to Ukrainians during mobilization.
