Оформить получение тысячи гривен от Зеленского можно будет в течение зимы через Дію. Средства можно будет потратить в течение 2025 года.

Applications for receiving one thousand hryvnias under the eSupport program can be submitted through "Diia" during the winter. Payments will be credited to the "National Cashback" card, and the funds can be spent throughout 2025.

This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at a Cabinet meeting.

The program is designed not only for adults but also for children. One parent will be able to request a payment to their account for each of their children.

According to Shmyhal, the government has set three objectives for this program. The first is to provide financial support to Ukrainian families, giving them an additional resource that can be used to pay for services, including utilities.

The second goal is to stimulate domestic demand for Ukrainian services: “While the 'National Cashback' focuses on the purchase of Ukrainian goods, the winter eSupport program is more aimed at services provided by small and medium businesses.”

The third goal, Shmyhal stated, is to “demonstrate the unity of Ukrainian society for resilience and victory.” “One way to spend the funds from the eSupport program is to donate to the Ukrainian army. You can contribute to official accounts such as United24, the Ministry of Defense, the State Border Guard Service, the National Guard of Ukraine, or to a volunteer fund you trust. In this way, part of the funds will be reinvested by the population into our security and defense,” he said.

Recall that President Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the government on October 25 to launch the eSupport program starting December 1, which provides for a payment of 1,000 hryvnias to every citizen.
