“Russians executed an unarmed Ukrainian soldier who is presumably injured. They recorded this on video, which is circulating online. In this case, I am sending a letter to the ICRC and the UN. In the published video, the occupying troops asked the Ukrainian soldier where he was from. After the man replied that he was from the Sumy region, he was shot.
As reported, the prosecutor's office has documented new cases of Russian forces executing captured Ukrainian soldiers in the Donetsk region.
