Россияне расстреляли, вероятно, раненого безоружного украинского воина. Враг запечатлел это на видео.

Today, November 9, a video surfaced online showing Russian soldiers shooting what appears to be an unarmed Ukrainian soldier who is presumably injured.

This was reported by the Human Rights Commissioner Dmitry Lubinets via Telegram.

The Ombudsman emphasized that there is no limit to the cynicism and brutality of the occupiers. Addressing international organizations and Western partners, he stressed that if there is no response to these actions, the crimes will continue. Because unpunished evil always returns.

“Russians executed an unarmed Ukrainian soldier who is presumably injured. They recorded this on video, which is circulating online. In this case, I am sending a letter to the ICRC and the UN. This is a violation of the Geneva Conventions, international humanitarian law, and the laws and customs of warfare,” Lubinets stated.

In the published video, the occupying troops asked the Ukrainian soldier where he was from. After the man replied that he was from the Sumy region, he was shot.

As reported, the prosecutor's office has documented new cases of Russian forces executing captured Ukrainian soldiers in the Donetsk region.

Recall that in early October, the occupiers executed 16 Ukrainian soldiers who had surrendered in the Pokrovsk direction of the Donetsk region. The OGP clarified that this is the largest documented case of the execution of Ukrainian prisoners of war along the front line.

And at the end of October, it was reported that in Selydove, Donetsk region, occupiers shot local residents.
