The London-based citizenship consulting firm Henley & Partners has released its ranking of the most influential passports for the year 2025. Singapore tops the global ranking.

First place in the ranking is held by Singapore. Holders of this passport do not require visas for 195 out of 227 countries.
Second place goes to Japan, which has visa-free access to 193 countries. In third place are several European countries – France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Finland, and South Korea, whose citizens can travel visa-free to 192 countries.
The Ukrainian passport has risen from 32nd to 30th place in the global ranking over the past year, according to the Henley Passport Index. Holders of the Ukrainian passport can travel without a visa or with a visa on arrival to 148 countries.

- Estonia, USA (186);
- Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia, United Arab Emirates (185).
