"Today, there was an initial report from members of the government and the Office of the [President] – [Deputy Head of the Office] Alexey Kuleba and Viktor Mikita – regarding critically important programs that are currently suspended, which were previously funded through American support. I have already assigned some key tasks to be carried out with our internal resources, as well as to communicate with Europeans," said Zelensky.
He emphasized that the discussion focused on energy (programs for distributed generation and other resilience programs for Ukrainian communities) and support for veterans' projects.
"And thirdly – border crossing points – these were built in collaboration with partners. New modern crossing points to facilitate faster economic activity and make customs operations more transparent. In particular, these are projects in ports. Essentially – economic security. We will seek greater internal resources for this," stated the President of Ukraine.
According to him, they are also addressing cybersecurity and issues "related to" the Ministry of Health.
"I also instructed to continue the audit of suspended aid directions from the United States of America, specifically in humanitarian areas, security, and social sectors, where there should be more of our and European activity. So that right now, while the new American policy is being developed, we can support the people," explained Zelensky.
