"Regarding the question of whether the 'Ramstein' format will be extended or not, the matter is not being raised because everyone understands that the next meeting is scheduled for February. This has already been agreed upon," said Zelensky.
According to the President of Ukraine, the date and location of the upcoming 'Ramstein' meeting are already known, but he prefers not to disclose this information publicly.
Zelensky emphasized that this platform is crucial for Ukraine, as it gathers a large number of countries.
He reported that at the meeting in Germany on January 9, they achieved a "good result" – additional packages for supporting Ukraine amounting to $2 billion.
On January 8, Polish Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz expressed the opinion that the contact group meeting in Ramstein on January 9 might be the last, as the administration of elected President Donald Trump may propose a different format for providing assistance to Ukraine.
