Sibiga: Russia has launched a large-scale hybrid offensive against Europe, and Ukraine is ready to assist Europe in this effort.

The aggressor country, Russia, is waging a hybrid war against Europe, and these actions are extensive in nature. This was stated by Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga on social media on December 11.
Сибига: Россия запустила крупное гибридное наступление на Европу, Украина готова оказать помощь европейским странам.

"Alongside its military aggression against Ukraine, Russia has initiated a large-scale hybrid offensive against Europe. It employs a full range of hybrid tools: from propaganda and cyberattacks to subversive activities and sabotage, interference in internal affairs, and attempts to destabilize entire countries," he wrote.

The Ukrainian diplomat noted that "Russia's hybrid efforts are active from Western Europe to the Balkans and the Baltic states," with the latest instances of interference occurring in Georgia, Moldova, and Romania.

"We urge all European governments and societies to acknowledge that they are under attack and to unite efforts to counter Russia's harmful influence," emphasized Sybiha.

In his opinion, to counter Russia's hybrid actions, "a series of urgent steps must be taken, including a complete blockade of Russian propaganda, an expansion of police and counterintelligence efforts, strengthening cybersecurity, and tightening the policy on issuing Schengen visas to Russian citizens."

"Ukraine has significant experience in countering various hybrid threats from Russia, ranging from cyberattacks to misinformation campaigns and acts of sabotage. We are prepared to share our best knowledge and experience with our European partners to help maintain stable democratic development," stated Sybiha.
