He emphasized that it is time to "begin discussions on a broad coalition that seeks a just peace in Ukraine."
"Peace" on the aggressor's terms is called capitulation and will only encourage all current and future aggressors. The free world must stand against evil," he wrote.
The Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Petr Fiala, stressed the need to enhance military support for Ukraine and urged partners to increase their own defense spending.
"If we want a sustainable and long-term peace, we must be well-armed. This will be impossible without raising defense spending to at least 3% of GDP," he wrote.
Fiala stated that anyone holding a different viewpoint poses a threat to the national security of the Czech Republic.
"Our historical experience shows that if we do not quickly ramp up our efforts and allow the aggressor to dictate terms, we will not end well," he wrote.
